This Charter has been developed by Pfizer UK, in partnership with Blood Cancer UK through a consultancy agreement.

The E&V visit was carried out on Wednesday 24th September; four E&V ARs were present. It was announced and planned in partnership with the home. Healthwatch Bromley has decided to do a research project examining the current landscape of substance misuse services in Bromley, and the experiences and views of service users, as well as their family/carers and healthcare professionals.

Every year, you should have an Annual Health Check with your GP (14 plus) and an eye test with your optician.
