Healthwatch Bromley has decided to do a research study focusing on housebound people with long-term conditions and their experience of accessing necessary health and social care services.

Our annual report includes how we have engaged and supported people over the year. We successfully gathered 2,472 resident's experiences of health and social care services in the London Borough of Bromley and published 16 reports.

The One Bromley Health Hub, conveniently located in The Glades shopping centre, offers a range of free health and wellbeing services to Bromley residents.

National Patient Participation Week is a significant event that focuses on the importance of patient engagement, communication, and involvement in healthcare decision-making.

The E&V visit was carried out on Wednesday 20th March; five E&V ARs were present. It was announced and planned in partnership with the home. The Mental Health Flexible Support Service (MHFSS) is a service for adults (aged 18+) with mental ill health, which supports their resettlement into the community following discharge from hospital. A floating support worker works with service users to meet their individual needs.

This report describes a research project on ophthalmology services (OS) available to residents of the London Borough of Bromley (LBB), and lists its findings and recommendations. Survey responses indicated that service users are broadly satisfied with the range of services available to them.
