If you’re not feeling well, choosing the right place to go for help can save you a lot of time and effort. There are plenty of Bromley health services that offer advice, support, and treatment if and when you need it. They’re very simple to use and often available without an appointment.

Healthwatch Bromley is investigating how ophthalmology services (OS)* are working for people who live in Bromley. We will use the responses to produce a report that will share key findings and make recommendations for improvements to the services.

A patient experience report with 658 reviews collected this quarter about the health and social care services in the London Borough of Bromley, covering the period from April - June 2023.

The E&V visit was carried out on Thursday 21st June 2023. The visit was announced and planned in partnership with the home. During this visit, four E&V ARs were present. The registered manager was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The atmosphere felt peaceful, and the home appeared tidy.
