Mental Health Crisis Line Moving to NHS 111
From 1 April 2026, the SLAM Mental Health Crisis Line has moved to NHS 111. Anyone experiencing a mental health crisis or concerned about a friend or relative should call NHS 111 for support.

Report: Service Users’ Views on the Chartwell Unit - Winter 2025
In September 2025, following an internal review of inpatient cancer care provided on the Chartwell ward, King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust began developing proposals to change their delivery of inpatient cancer care. Healthwatch Bromley undertook a major engagement exercise with patients, families and professionals. This report is written from the independent standpoint underpinning all our work.

Enter & View: High View Care Services
The E&V visit was carried out on Wednesday 3rd December; two E&V ARs were present. It was announced and planned in partnership with the home. In preparation, we shared with the manager a poster announcing the E&V, to display in communal areas, and questionnaires explaining the purpose of the visit in further detail and seeking feedback.
