We want to hear about young carers' experiences of accessing and using local health and care services. If we identify any barriers or challenges, we will recommend to policy makers and service providers how the services could be improved to support Bromley young carers better.

The E&V visit was carried out on Tuesday 26th March; five E&V ARs were present. It was announced and planned in partnership with the home. In preparation, we shared with the manager a poster announcing the E&V, to display in communal areas, and questionnaires explaining the purpose of the visit in further detail.

Designed alongside people who have claimed PIP, the Turn2us PIP Helper is an accessible online information tool that people with disabilities, or long-term physical or mental health conditions can use to confidently start their PIP claim.

This survey relates to the District Nursing service which provides nursing care and phlebotomy services to patients who are permanently or temporarily housebound. Please only complete this survey if you, or a person that you care for, have accessed this service in the past 12 months.

The One Bromley Wellbeing Hub has reopened after a comprehensive refurbishment, transforming it into a one-stop shop for health and lifestyle support and information for Bromley residents. Originally opened in October 2022 as a Flu and COVID-19 vaccination site, the Hub’s reopening marks a significant step forward in the One Bromley Local Care Partnership's efforts to reduce health inequalities in the borough.

Healthwatch Bromley and Lewisham are moving offices on Friday 19th and Monday 22nd July. We will no longer be based at Waldram Place in Forest Hill.

Healthwatch Bromley has decided to do a research study focusing on housebound people with long-term conditions and their experience of accessing necessary health and social care services.

Our annual report includes how we have engaged and supported people over the year. We successfully gathered 2,472 resident's experiences of health and social care services in the London Borough of Bromley and published 16 reports.

The One Bromley Health Hub, conveniently located in The Glades shopping centre, offers a range of free health and wellbeing services to Bromley residents.
