Our Patient Experience Report covers pharmacy services in six London boroughs for the period October - December 2020. The London Borough of Bromley gathered data from 74 local residents asking their feedback on Covid-19 observations, including PPE and cleanliness, profiteering and outbreaks.

Our Patient Experience Report covers dental services in the London Borough of Bromley for the period July - December 2020. We gathered data from 175 local residents asking their feedback on Covid-19 observations, including PPE and cleanliness, profiteering and outbreaks.

Our annual report includes how we have engaged and supported people over the year. We heard from 1,883 people this year about their experiences of health and social care. We engaged with and supported approximately 2,511 people during the COVID-19 pandemic this year. We worked on and produced 11 projects and reports about the improvements people would like to see to health and social care services.

Residents are being strongly encouraged to respond positively to their call up notification over the coming weeks or book an appointment online to attend a vaccination centre.

The NHS in south east London has teamed up with the Al-Emaan Mosque in Keston, Bromley, to offer local residents another place to get their COVID-19 vaccination.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson visited the Orpington Health and Wellbeing Centre this morning (15 February 2021) to meet primary care staff, volunteers and patients getting their Covid-19 vaccinations.

The NHS has planned extensively to deliver the largest vaccination programme in our history. The first COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer/BioNTech) has been rigorously tested and confirmed as safe and highly effective by the expert Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

When you become eligible for vaccination, you will receive an invitation to come forward for your vaccination. For most people, this will be a letter either from BGPA, the GP Practice or the national NHS. Some people might receive a text or phone call from BGPA or the GP Practice.

South East London CCG is organising a briefing on the Covid-19 vaccination programme in south east London (SEL) on Monday 25 January 3 pm to 4 pm on Microsoft Teams.
