In southeast London, we have now passed the one million COVID-19 vaccine mark. Health and care partners from across the Our Healthier South East London (OHSEL) Integrated Care System (ICS) is celebrating the efforts of staff who have given one million COVID vaccinations as part of the efforts to prevent people from getting seriously ill from COVID-19.

There will be a NHS COVID-19 vaccination clinic held at the Cotmandene Community Resource Centre on Friday 23 April 2021 for eligible residents. Address: 64 Cotmandene Crescent, Orpington BR5 2RG.

A patient experience report with 407 reviews collected this quarter about the health and social care services in the London Borough of Bromley, covering the period from October - December 2020. We found that 299 (74%) local residents reviewed positively with star rating 4-5, 12 (3%) were neutral and 96 (23%) were negative.

Our annual report includes how we have engaged and supported people over the year. We heard from 1,883 people this year about their experiences of health and social care. We engaged with and supported approximately 2,511 people during the COVID-19 pandemic this year. We worked on and produced 11 projects and reports about the improvements people would like to see to health and social care services.

Residents are being strongly encouraged to respond positively to their call up notification over the coming weeks or book an appointment online to attend a vaccination centre.

The NHS in south east London has teamed up with the Al-Emaan Mosque in Keston, Bromley, to offer local residents another place to get their COVID-19 vaccination.
