A patient experience report with 407 reviews collected this quarter about the health and social care services in the London Borough of Bromley, covering the period from October - December 2020. We found that 299 (74%) local residents reviewed positively with star rating 4-5, 12 (3%) were neutral and 96 (23%) were negative.

We engaged with and supported approximately 2,511 people during the COVID-19 pandemic this year.
