Due to the COVID-19 restriction, we conducted a virtual Enter & View visit to Jansondean Nursing Home via Zoom and arranged telephone calls with residents. We found there was a positive atmosphere throughout the home and the residents appeared to be completely at ease in the presence of staff. The general atmosphere appeared to be positive and friendly.

COVID-19 has changed how patients access their GP. The pandemic has supercharged the use of remote consultations in primary care. These will never replace face-to-face appointments which should be available to patients where appropriate. However, remote consultations can be a convenient way for people to access medical advice and treatment.
We conducted a virtual Enter & View visit (online and telephone) of Coloma Court, a nursing and residential care home in West Wickham, Bromley. We found that there were mixed reviews regarding the home amongst the staff, relatives and resident's feedback.
