    We conducted a virtual Enter & View visit (online and telephone) of Oatlands Care Ltd. During our visit, we spoke with staff, family, and service users about their experiences and response to living conditions as well as Covid-19 precautions. Based on our findings we highlighted good practice and made recommendations on how to improve the service.

    We carried out a research project in the London Borough of Bromley considering adults 18+ years who live in the Borough and who have a diagnosis under the Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC). The aim of this project was to: hear the experiences of people with this condition; gain a greater understanding that would help to improve local health and social care services; review the local strategies; and inform an Autism Care Pathway for Bromley.

Four Enter & View visits on four Bromley Well workshops were conducted over a one month period in June across varied locations. The workshops were evaluated through the use of a bespoke observation sheet, together with client and staff feedback forms.

    We conducted research by sending out surveys to gain a baseline understanding of the access to and provision of dental services within Bromley. This report seeks to highlight to what extent residents are able to access dental services, their experiences when doing so and an idea about service provision by the dentists.

    We set out to speak to Year Five and Year Six children from Highfield Junior School. We were interested in learning what knowledge the children had around healthy eating and to also raise awareness. To do this we used
    Public Health guidance to focus on: the Eatwell plate, sugar levels, salt levels, intake of water, the importance of exercise, the 5 a day message. We obtained 119 responses during the course of the workshops.

    We made three separate visits to the Discharge Lounge at Princess Royal University Hospital where we engaged with 91 patients, carers and family members. We carried out a comprehensive review of all public facing information provided by the borough’s 45 GP practices.
