    We carried out a research project in the London Borough of Bromley considering adults 18+ years who live in the Borough and who have a diagnosis under the Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC). The aim of this project was to: hear the experiences of people with this condition; gain a greater understanding that would help to improve local health and social care services; review the local strategies; and inform an Autism Care Pathway for Bromley.

We found that 233 (78%) local residents reviewed positively with star rating 4-5, 5 (2%) neutral and 62 (20%) negative.

    We conducted a virtual Enter & View visit (online and telephone) of Baycroft Grays Farm Road Care Home, a nursing and residential care home in Bromley. During our visit, we spoke with staff, family, and service users about their experiences and response to living conditions as well as Covid-19 precautions.

    To keep patients and staff safe it is best to speak to a clinician before attending your practice, it may be that you can be treated effectively without seeing a health professional, or directed to your local pharmacy for treatment, however if you need a physical assessment your GP will arrange for you to be safely seen for a consultation in the practice.
