    The E&V visit was carried out on Thursday 1st November 2023 and two E&V Authorised Representatives (ARs) were present. It was announced and planned in partnership with Springfield. In preparation, we shared with the manager a poster announcing the E&V, to share with tenants, staff and family members, and questionnaires explaining the purpose of the visit in more detail.

    The NHS is offering flu and COVID-19 vaccines to those at greater risk of serious illness this winter. Those who can get both vaccines through the NHS includes everyone aged 65 and over, pregnant women, care home residents, people with certain health conditions, frontline health and care staff, unpaid carers and household contacts of those at higher risk.

    The Mental Health Flexible Support Service (MHFSS) is a service for adults (aged 18+) with mental ill health, which supports their resettlement into the community following discharge from hospital. A floating support worker works with service users to meet their individual needs.
