We conducted an Enter & View visit looking at the care and support provided at Bromley Park Nursing Home. During our visit, we spoke with staff, family, and service users about their experiences and response to living conditions at the care home.

We embarked upon a research project specifically focusing on GP Access and the patient experience, which took place from November 2014 - March 2015. The report details information regarding booking systems in local GP practices and a snapshot of local people’s experiences and concerns. This report hopes to point out areas of success in the current system and suggest areas where improvements are needed.

Healthwatch from Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham carried out Enter & View visits to assess how supported patient's felt by the staff and how comfortable they felt in their surroundings. We observed Princess Royal University Hospital, Queen Elizabeth and Lewisham Hospitals’ Maternity Departments, and Darent Valley Hospital’s Maternity Department.
