Help Shape the Future of Health and Social Care in Bromley

The Government is planning big changes.

Healthwatch is set to be abolished by 2027 with our work moved to councils and the NHS.

Fill out our latest survey and help shape how local NHS and care services listen to local people in the future.

💬 Making sure your voices continue to be heard in Bromley

Healthwatch Bromley is run by Your Voice in Health and Social Care (YVHSC).

YVHSC has been working across London for over 10 years to help people share their thoughts about health and care services.

We’re launching a new survey to make sure your voice still shapes the future of local health and social care in Bromley, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hillingdon, Lewisham and Tower Hamlets.

We want to help services and residents build a new, inclusive model for community engagement that:

  • Reaches underrepresented groups
  • Uses accessible formats (Easy Read, BSL, translations)
  • Offers both online and in-person ways to take part
  • Tracks real-world impact from your feedback

📝 Why fill out our survey?

Health and care services are changing quickly.
There is less money, and services are being reorganised. That’s why your ideas, stories, and opinions are more important than ever!

By answering a few short questions, you can help shape how your local NHS and care services listen to local people in the future.

Your feedback will help:

  • Build a system that includes everyone
  • Make services fairer and easier to use
  • Show local leaders what really matters to you

Whether you use services, care for someone, or just care about your community, your voice matters.

We want to hear the opinions of everyone including residents, patients, local providers, staff members, partners, and community groups. We have created a survey for the public and a survey for health and care professionals to complete.
