We conducted a virtual Enter & View visit (online and telephone) of Coloma Court, a nursing and residential care home in West Wickham, Bromley. We found that there were mixed reviews regarding the home amongst the staff, relatives and resident's feedback. -

A patient experience report with 601 reviews collected this quarter about the health and social care services in the London Borough of Bromley, covering the period from July – September 2021. We found that 415 (69%) local residents reviewed positively, 35 (6%) were neutral and 151 (25%) were negative. -

We engaged with and supported approximately 2,511 people during the COVID-19 pandemic this year.
