    We conducted a virtual Enter & View visit (online and telephone) of Coloma Court, a nursing and residential care home in West Wickham, Bromley. We found that there were mixed reviews regarding the home amongst the staff, relatives and resident's feedback.

    We embarked on a joint project with fellow South East London Healthwatch's to assess patients’ experience of access to primary care from July 2021. We gathered the feedback of 149 residents and inspected 43 websites of local NHS GP practices in Bromley.

We found that the home has a good quality service for it's users, staff and relatives.

    A patient experience report with 601 reviews collected this quarter about the health and social care services in the London Borough of Bromley, covering the period from July – September 2021. We found that 415 (69%) local residents reviewed positively, 35 (6%) were neutral and 151 (25%) were negative.

We engaged with and supported approximately 2,511 people during the COVID-19 pandemic this year.
