    We carried out a research project in the London Borough of Bromley considering adults 18+ years who live in the Borough and who have a diagnosis under the Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC). The aim of this project was to: hear the experiences of people with this condition; gain a greater understanding that would help to improve local health and social care services; review the local strategies; and inform an Autism Care Pathway for Bromley.

    We gathered extensive patient feedback for Bromley Maternity Voices (BMV) to:
    • Obtain the views of women who have experienced maternity services in Bromley, and pregnant women and their families on their maternity journey
    • Identifying barriers, enabling communities and encouraging participant involvement
    • Diversifying reach by innovative new ways to engage with service users
    • Monitoring the issues that are identified and reporting findings regularly.

    A patient experience report with 300 reviews collected this quarter about the health and social care services in the London Borough of Bromley, covering the period from April-June 2020. We found that 233 (78%) local residents reviewed positively with star rating 4-5, 5 (2%) neutral and 62 (20%) negative.

    We conducted a virtual Enter & View visit (online and telephone) of Baycroft Grays Farm Road Care Home, a nursing and residential care home in Bromley. During our visit, we spoke with staff, family, and service users about their experiences and response to living conditions as well as Covid-19 precautions.

    A patient experience report with 576 reviews collected this quarter about the health and social care services in the London Borough of Bromley, covering the period from July-September 2020. We found that 466 (81% ) local residents reviewed positively with star rating 4-5, neutral 26 (5%) and 84 (14%) negative.
