We successfully gathered 2,442 resident's experiences of health and social care services in the Borough of Bromley and we produced 12 reports about the improvements people would like to see to health and social care services. -

An E&V visit was carried out on 28th October 2022 by three E&V Authorise Representatives (AR). The visit was announced and planned in partnership with the home. In preparation for the visit, we shared with the registered manager a poster announcing our visit to display in communal areas and copies of questionnaires explaining the purpose of E&V visits.
