    We set out to speak to Year Five and Year Six children from Highfield Junior School. We were interested in learning what knowledge the children had around healthy eating and to also raise awareness. To do this we used
    Public Health guidance to focus on: the Eatwell plate, sugar levels, salt levels, intake of water, the importance of exercise, the 5 a day message. We obtained 119 responses during the course of the workshops.
