St. Christopher's Hospice Quality Account 2022/23
Healthwatch Bromley is delighted to be able to share the St Christopher’s Quality Account for 2022-23 and hope you will enjoying reading about the work of St Christopher’s over the last year.
All organisations that provide healthcare services which are commissioned by NHS England or Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), such as St Christopher’s, are required to produce an annual Quality Account report on their services.
The quality of St Christopher’s services is measured by reviewing patient safety, the effectiveness of the care patients receive and the feedback from patients, families and carers about their experiences.
Their Quality Account has been submitted to The Department of Health and Social Care and can be found on their website.
